Gregg R. Woodnick

After graduating from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and spending a decade handling complex child custody, child welfare, mental health, substance abuse, and criminal cases, Mr. Woodnick founded his firm in 2010 with a pointed interest in helping clients not only solve their current legal challenges, but also minimize the possibility of needing his services ever again.

Gregg represents clients in matters pending in courts throughout Arizona and serves as a Court Appointed Advisor to the Maricopa County Superior Court. In addition to representing parties in Criminal, Divorce and Custody matters, Gregg represents parents accused of neglect and child abuse in both Juvenile and Family courts.  Gregg is frequently called upon by other attorneys as a consultant in cases involving maltreatment of children and sentence mitigation.

Gregg R. Woodnick was honored in the 2011 Arizona Attorney Magazine by The Arizona Foundation for Legal Services and Education as a Top Pro Bono Attorney. Gregg was also recognized for his commitment to the Anti-Defamation League’s 2010-2011 Glass Leadership Institute. His interest in the ADL focuses on hate crimes and civil rights issues involving same-sex partners.
