Brad is a graduate of The Ohio State University and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Toledo College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Arizona and has been since 2006. Prior to working at Gregg R. Woodnick, PLLC, Brad worked at the Maricopa County Office of the Legal Defender and the Arizona Attorney General’s Office. This experience gave Brad a vast working knowledge of Family Law, Juvenile Law, and Criminal Law.
“You’d be hard-pressed to find a lawyer with as much Child Protective Services (CPS) experience as Brad,” said a colleague. “Whether he’s defending a parent wrongly accused of neglect, or helping professionals like teachers and doctors identify the tell-tale signs of child abuse, Brad’s number one concern is always the welfare of the child. He strives to keep kids with the good people who will care for them, and separate them from the bad people who might do them harm.”
